The Spatter Filter

Whenever I look at this filter, I always wonder what the difference is between a spatter and a splatter....Maybe someone from Adobe can write and tell me. This filter creates an exaggerated ripple effect, where the spray radius controls the degree of distortion, and the Smoothness controls the size.

	This is the result of the default settings, as shown below.
	This abstraction is created by bumping the Spray Radius all the way up to 25, and reducing the Smoothness to 1.
