for December 2, 1996: LiveConnect: The Adventure Continues
LiveConnect; the peaceful melding together of Java and JavaScript. This week learn how to use it to enhance the power of JavaScript. I've even created a Java applet, called dynamicText, designed specifically for the tip. It allows text, of different sizes, colors, and positions, to be modified right on the page with minimal hassle. This works on both Java enabled versions of Netscape 3.0 and MSIE 3.0, with the exception of the Mac beta 1 , which will have support for JavaScript in beta 2.
