Macromedia's HomeSite 4.0 HTML editor is one of the most popular HTML editors around. It introduces many powerful features that simply aren't supported by other well-known editors. This is the third column in our three-part series on using JavaScript in HomeSite 4.0. In Part I, we taught you how to write and execute scripts, and how to use Application Object's methods and properties. In Part II, we taught you how to manipulate toolbars and projects and how to use HomeSite's DocumentCache and ActiveDocument objects.
