An ongoing FBI case has revealed a computer virus that can erase hard drives and dial 911 emergency systems, according to a warning posted on the Web this weekend. In the "Web server in your pocket" department, UK-based Apache Services has released an early alpha of ApachePDA, an open-source project that will release a version of Apache designed for the PalmOS. This new setup is designed for low-volume Web-casting where mobility is an issue.
