Photoshop's Variations filter and judicious use of layers makes it easy to add a sepia tint to just the shadow areas of images. (A Sepia effect would be grayscale plus a warm brown tint.)

With the flow of science and engineering graduates dwindling, U.S. Senators promised legislation to refill America's technical academic pipeline.
